Term of Return and Exchange Policy :

1. If the goods not matching with the one you order via website, please take picture and send us  email or instant message we will help you immediately 
2. Returned items must be unwashed, unused, unaltered and all labels/hangtags must be attached 
3. If the return was made due to our neglience we will cover the shipping cost, otherwise customer  have to cover it 
4. We do have accept size exchanges if stock still available for exchange size and  shiping cost pain by costumer
5. We will change the goods as long as our stock still available, otherwise you can change to other  product with equal value 
6. Return is not possible for promotional price purchase
7. Return and exchange period maximum 3 days after product sent
